You don't need to know yet. Pick the one that sounds most like what you're going through. Your evaluation identifies the main problem, and if something belongs to another path, the doctor will tell you.

Yes. Each path is purchased separately. It's easiest to start with one and add another if the doctor recommends it in your evaluation.

The welcome videos do. The rest each answer a separate question, so you can watch them in any order.

Yes. REM works with men and women. The Vaginal path is the only one designed just for women.

It's your session with the doctor where your map is identified. He reviews your history, symptoms and lab work, and you leave with a starting plan.

Almost always online, by video call, from wherever you are. If you'd rather go in person, you can choose that option when there's availability.

As soon as you pay and fill out the intake form. You pick the day and time inside the platform, in your own time zone.

You don't need to bring any. You can upload what you have in the intake form, and if more is needed, the doctor will order it.

You leave with your map and a starting plan. If you need lab work, medication or treatment, it's quoted separately and you decide whether to continue. Follow-ups are arranged with the doctor's team.

In dollars with PayPal, or in Colombian pesos by card, PSE or Nequi. You choose at checkout.

With PayPal you pay 250 USD. If you pay in pesos by card, your bank converts the amount and may charge an international fee.

Yes, up to 48 hours before your evaluation. We refund what we received, minus the payment processor's fees. There are no refunds after the evaluation, because the care has already been provided.

Your path's videos stay in your account for as long as the platform exists, along with any new ones we add. The terms and conditions explain it in detail.

With your email and password. Every time you log in, we email you a code, so your account stays yours.

Yes, on up to two at a time, like your phone and your computer.

Your answers and lab results are stored encrypted and only the medical team can see them. They are never shared with social networks or advertisers.
